Our company wholly owns two factories. 1. Weifang Weiwei Garment Co., Ltd (Weifang Weizhi Garment Co., Ltd.) occupies an area of 33300 square meters with  workshops of 25,000 square meters, 300 workers, and more than 600 sets of various sewing equipment. One of the features is that there are 50 four-needle six-thread sewing machines suitable for compression sportswear and work wear. The second feature is that in recent years, in order to improve product quality, increase product categories, and reduce costs, the factory has made automation and digital upgrades to the production system. It has successively introduced two American Gerber automatic cutting machines, three Japanese Kawakami automatic spreading machines, Hashima needle detector, automatic elastic cutting machine, automatic heat transfer printing machine, automatic linear fusing machine,  track type auto ironing machine, automatic box packing system and special machinery(ultrasonic bonding machine, laser cutting machine, template machine, etc.). At the same time, software systems such as ERP and Alibaba's DingTalk have been used to digitally and intelligently upgrade production management. On the premise of  high quality , we strive to increase production capacity, reduce waste, reduce costs and increase the technical content of product  to meet customers’ needs and improve  competitiveness of products. 2. Weifang Chunhe garment Co.,Ltd  occupies an area of 13320 square meters with  workshops of 10,000 square meters . The new era poses many new challenges to the garment industry. In order to meet the challenge, the new factory has undergone a comprehensive transformation and upgrading in terms of functional fabric research and development, style design , automated production, and digital management.
